Possibly one of my favourite pots I have made. I love ovals and this new design and glaze makes an awesome combo. The wide rim gives it a very pleasing look and feel. The glaze is my latest blue oribe. When combined with one my new groggy clays it has a warm toasty look to it, giving it an instant touch of patina. The top rim and yellow line where the glaze breaks is hard to beat, definitely one of my favourites. This glaze will age well and has been high fired to 1265c to make it completely cold tolerant.
