I like rectangles, they are harder to make but satisfying when they come out nice like this one. A unique finish on this pot for me as I left the feet unglazed, but I really like how it came out on this toasty warm clay so I will be doing it again. This clay has a smooth yellowy orange colour and has a great look to it, my favourite clay finish . A cool pot and glaze that has been high fired to 1265c to make it completely cold tolerant.
